I found a post from @Marje and Gracie a while ago about 3D printed syringe dosage tools, Increasing Dosing Accuracy Using 3D Printer Molds. I have a 3D printer at home so I made one, and after using it for about a week now, I absolutely love it!
It makes measuring out insulin doses so much faster and easier. I found it difficult to accurately and consistently measure .25 unit doses, and now I can meaure 0.1 unit increments consistently. It would also make doses consistent if someone else needs to give a dose.
I know most people don't have a 3D printer at home, but in my area at least, public libraries often have ones available to use. There are also some businesses that can print things for you. I would highly recommend looking into printing one if you are new to the diabetes world like I am.
There are different tools for different syringe types, and a calibration tool for to check the accuracy of the the tool. There are also different tools for different dose ranges. I printed the one for 2.0-3.0 units and will likely be printing the one for 1.0-3.5 units too.

All the files can be found on the page linked above. You won't need to have all of them printed, just the ones for your dose and syringes, plus the matching calibration tool.
If you would like to get one of these, but don't know anything about 3D printing, feel free to send me a message. I will try help you with printer settings and such if you want to print it yourself, or making sure you have the right files if you want to find somewhere that can print it for you.
