3/9 Zoot! AMPS=60;+3=65;+7=55;+9.5=57; PMPS=62; +3=41;=3.5=69;+7=51;+7.5=58;reduction to .1 in AM

I got to say, when he is surfing in the 50s and 60s it makes me nervous that he will drop below 50. so I try to regulate a bit with food.

Given his patterns, I suspect that the 55 at +7 was his nadir and he is going up from there now, so I am not going to feed him, but it is hard to figure our when that is the right call.

Question: He couldn't wait - he just wants to go on to the OJT trial :p. Tomorrow AM I will reduce to .1 (as best I can, I don't have calipers till mid-day). I did give him some HC FF and will test again in 20 min.

Zoot must have been reading what you read about maintaining the dose. :D I found the 0.1 pretty easy to eyeball, well, except for the fact that my BD's put the zero line in random places on the syringe.

I bet - what a stinker. Yeah I think I can manage - I have the CarePoint Vet half unit syringe and they can be hard to read, but I also have BD whole unit - may take some time doing some trials tonight to see which is easier. It is such a small amount of insulin!

Oh yeah!

It is such a small amount of insulin!
Mindblowingly small :D
