Anti-jinx.....It really does seem that we are truly back to where Trix was before her vetty appointment a week and a half ago. Phew and anti-jinx. We have a very happy appy, snuggles, bright eyes, feistiness, and an overall relaxed, comfy kitty...anti-jinx
Noah is totally NOT digging his gooey orange ABs. I skipped the dose last night because he was holed up in his cubby basket and absolutely NOT coming out. When he finally came out on his own, I didn't want to send him back into hiding by dosing him. We only have today and tomorrow left, so I'm sure one missed dose won't matter. His tootsie seems to be fine.
Zen was a bit of a handful again last night during the night, but not nearly as bad as the night before. I don't know what gets into him sometimes, but when he gets in those moods his constant requests to go in and out of the bedroom are beyond exhausting. I crashed HARD on the couch last night because I was so exhausted from Saturday night's antics.
Today is chemo day for my Dad. My Mom and I just have a quick run to Sam's planned...nothing exciting as far as shopping goes this time around. I've been to distracted the last week to come up with any other ideas, so Sam's it is.
I finally told my parents that my partners and I are not renewing the lease on the store. Technically the lease is up March 1, 2016, but I'm hoping to wrap things up well before then so I can move forward with my own life and plans. One of my partners is pregnant and due Sept 5, so that is going to put a lot of work on me and my other partner (who happens to be the pregnant partner's mother) this fall. At first my parents were a little shocked, but now my Dad is running with all sorts of ideas for my future plans, which do involve staying in the bead biz without a brick-n-mortar store. He has some good ideas and it's giving him something else fun to focus on! Personally I'm excited to get this ball rolling, but it's still a ways off because of the lease.
Time to get myself in motion here. Sending tons of extra prayers out to Tess and her amazing beans, Ann & John. Feel better, little one!
Have a great day, L&LL!
