Yesterday was primarily a yellow day for Neko, with one short hop to pink after breakfast. I'll take yellow over pink anytime! I got up when DH got up for rowing (sob, it's a beautiful day for it) and gave Neko a +10 test to see what she was up to. Still yellow. :?

3/8 Recap:
AMPS 289 +4 373 +8 272
PMPS 236 +4 254 +10 210

It's going to be another gorgeous sunny day. Neko's had her after shot walk about outside and is settled back in front of her buddy the auto feeder. I had to remember this morning to start setting it back to daylight savings time too.

I do want to get outside today. The monsoons are supposed to start back tomorrow. But I also need to make some more progress on writing a grant request for the rowing club. It's a big year for that, we have a number of boats that needs replacing.

Re: 3/9 Neko AMPS 280

Paws crossed that 280 is the high for the day.
Sounds like you need some outdoor time... :-D
If it's going to rain tomorrow, you can do paperwork then... some fresh air might lift your spirits which always helps in the healing process.

Sigh - clearly Neko decided to do a mid to late cycle dive last night and I missed it. She is so unpredictable. Oh well, another pokie free day.

@Rhiannon - Now I need to get out and enjoy the sunshine. cat(2)_steam Just have to be careful I don't overdue it. Neko is already out enjoying the sunshine in the solarium.

Well, drat. Definitely get out and enjoy the sunshine! :-D :-D Good luck with the grant. I guess you can type with the injured elbow?

I hope Neko clears the bounce soon. Hopefully you got to get out some today before the rains come back.

Nice inverted cycle today, with quite the drop in the last few hours. Looking at Neko's SS, this could also have been her dreaded 3 cycle after low event bounce, which tends to be worse than the cycle after. I'm just hoping that, because that would mean getting towards the end of the bounce. We're out for dinner, but not for too long.

I got out for a nice hike today. I chose a route that was relative smooth, as I didn't want to be hopping roots and going on slippery slopes by myself and the busted wing. The route is only a 5 minutes walk away from home, and being a sunny Saturday had a fair bit of traffic. It was a great way to unwind from Neko's disappointing bounce. Neko was still in the solarium when I came home. But then she went out and enjoyed the sunshine for a while, after self medicating on the catnip plant.

@Liz - I got a good mini hike in and chose a route where I could be in sunshine for part of it. I can definitely still type. The only limits are no one armed pushups (ie. no weight bearing up or down on the arm).

@Carla - Me too on hoping the dreaded bounce is history. I did get out and exercise always lowers the stress. :-D

Hi Wendy,

Sorry to see Neko's higher numbers - I was hoping she would stay in the yellow range at the very least :(

Come down little Neko! :)

Hi Wendy -

Just poppin in to check on you & your girl. I can't get over how much of a drop she can give you in a cycle. Nice to see you're below 25% of your max dose, but she's still riding the roller coaster. Wow. Grayson's never had that much of a range!

Hope she stays outa the sea of pinks and into those pretty blues & greens. Keep in mind, they say that blue is the Acro's green!
