Yesterday was..... dosecrease day in MannieLand. The numbers were horrible yesterday, possibly a continuing bounce from the low low yellows, aka blue wanna-be numbers, of the day before.so.... I took his dose up a notch. I have the weekend home to keep an eye on him. Things are settling some for him, but I think now we need to get the insulin back on board, nudge him down just a little. I hope for a good day today, more blues would be so cool! Mannie - here's to you, some very strong feel better, be blue vines. Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D :-D Mannie had a good day yesterday - despite the awful numbers. Mobility was fairly good, with only one incident where he had some trouble. It was short lived, so perhaps the meds are starting to do their thing. paws crossed! We had such a nice day here in the PNW that I took Mannie outside after I dropped DGS off with this dad. He was one very happy kitty! So happy that he growled when I picked him up to come back inside. :lol: :lol: :lol: No way did he want to leave his domain. He was able to roll and play in the ground cover for a bit. Just like days of old. YAY! :cool:

Most of the morning he spent sleeping, so DGS was kind enough to understand and let him be. A few pets and off he went. Appy has been good (picky !!!, but good, go Cowboy Cookout!), CPC yesterday and this morning, LB is normal, Ketones tests have been negative. Test was good this morning, as was the shoot. :cool: I am happy to say one more time: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone! Today is catch up day... and errands day too. I will be spending part of the day with my DD and DGS on a short hike over by their home. The weather is too nice not too! It is one DGS and I do often by a local creek. Today He can show his mom "the ropes" and take her out on a short hike. It should be a ton of fun. :-D :-D :cool:

Hey everybody! What's UP? Besides my BG's? I now... I am working on those... Anybody got anythings they wanna do today? I was thinking that maybe we could ride the ferry here. We have lots of sun and stuff, and the beaches by the ferry dock should be really primo. I know a spot where we could set up a picnic and grill and cookout and stuff. It could be fun! Hey Mannie,

You got special juice! Kewl! Look your beegees are happy today! That's good. It's important to have happy beegees because it makes the silly bean happy and when the silly bean is happy they did silly things and give lots of smooches (ick) and treat (yum).

I think we need to make a special to Miss Maggie - she needs poo help and since I'm so good at pooing where I want, we can all teach her how to make special poo. What do you say a trip to Mags and then picnic!

It finally stopped snowing and the sun is out and going to make all that snow go away! I don't like the snow it makes my legs stiff! My bean says I should go to bootcamp with her and that will loosen my legs! :o I don't want to go there, she says it's tough and hurts and comes home all sweaty and tired and sore for days. Silly bean, why does she do that. Doesn't she know that if she follows me and takes a nice cushy nap on the sofa and then another in bed, it's a whole lot more fun than exercise! When will the bean learn.

Sigh....OK, I've got the wagon locked and loaded and ready for a poo fest and picnic!

Morning Michelle and nice AMPS for Mannie. I think he's already working the juice, and that's a blue with meter variance. :-D Glad he's doing better and hope this means the meds are working. I may have missed it, but did the IM Vet ever respond to your E-mail? I know sometimes it takes my Vet forever to respond.
Aww...what a sweet video of Mannie and so good seeing him enjoying the yard patrol. I hear his little bell jingle, too. Sending Mannie continuing healing vines. He looks great!

I loved the video of Mannie enjoying his domain. Your yard looks like mine, moss and vinca. :roll: I like hearing the robins and I'm sure Mannie does too. The power tool not so much - I heard a lawn mower yesterday. :shock: Mannie does look so cute. I have ear envy. So much room for testing, Neko has such tiny ears in comparison. :lol:

Enjoy the hike, I'm sure Nick will be a grand tour guide. :-D

I'm with Barb and Wendy! I was so excited to see a yellow amps!! :-D :-D And a perfectly acceptable fuds spike! I so hope Mannie can have a day without those upper floors. Love the video of him enjoying his domain. He growled when it was time to go in? :lol: I have to look at that as a good thing. It's just great to hear normalcy in Mannieland.

DGS, DD and I did make our hike to Coal Creek. it is one that I take Nicholas to alot, and with the great weather we had today it seemed like a good place to go With his mom too. So we did. Nick played hiking guide, and showed his mom all his favorite places along the creek. It was really a great time for all of us. I will post the photo link in Mannie's condo tomorrow. :-D
