Mannie and I are saddened to learn of the passing of Morgaine and Morris. Fly free little ones! You will be missed, but not forgotten.

WOO HOO on yesterday! LOVE those greens. it was really nice to see Mannie find the green lagoon again. Even nicer that his bounce cleared in day - YES! This is, I hope, a return to the way he used to process bounces. Paws crossed on that one. Well done yesterday Mannie - what a great day for you!. All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D All involved have recovered from our crazy busy day yesterday: DGS and two outings Mannie in the diving championships, and one tired bean... :cool: :cool: This bond between Mannie and Nicholas is really something. There were alot of pokies yesterday for Mannie, and during each one Nicholas would come and sit by Mannie and watch and pet him while I tested: pet pet pet. :razz: :cool: :cool: It as just the coolest thing. Mannie didn't mind one little bit - he just sat there on my lap and purred. wow - very cool. :cool: I had asked Mannie that morning for a nice surf... I guess I should have been more specific and requested blue while DGS and I were out. It seems Mannie wanted a Mannie day and chose the greens. Good for you Mannie. We are also still waiting on eh new nanner pattern - today when I got home they were even more scattered than the day before,. hmmmmm - weird, interesting, and perplexing.... And as always we had a great test feed shoot this morning: lots of purrs and head rubs from Mannie. Breffis was consumed with gusto - still and always at warp speed, clean plate club status maintained, the auto feeder continues to be used, Elsa still tries to raid his auto feeder (yeah, I know: I really do need to get her one of her own), I still intercept.... Normalcy in MannieLand.

Have a great day everyone! I am DGS duty today, off for two days and then back on M-W next week while the other DGP's wrap up their vacation. . :cool: :razz: :razz: No clue yet what we will do today. Maybe pool in the morning, a local beach/park in the afternoon - not too sure yet. I know though that I won't be able to visit condos while he is here - so sorry! I will be thanking of you all. Think Blue, think green kitties!

What a fantastic day for Mannie yesterday! I'm sure he'll clear this little bounce in no time and it will be greens all over again!
It's so amazing to see pets and children bond. I'm happy to hear Mannie has taken to Nicholas and vice versa.

I just love your stories Nicholas. So wonderful that he is able to sit and take care of Mannie while you poke. :mrgreen: He is an adventurous, yet gentle soul...just like his grandma.

Wow, Michelle, little Mannie sure did have a nice day. Today he's giving you a longer holiday. Keep surfing Mannie. So sweet how Nicholas comes and watches Mannie being tested. I could use some of that ~O) about now.

Nicholas and I have had a busy day - swimming in the morning, and the science center in the afternoon. :-D :cool: :cool: We are/were both beat! At least he got to nap on the rides to and from. :lol: The swimming is going really very well. He is so relaxed in the pool, loves to go dunking and float on his back, spend time in the big pool. It's all really nice to see. The Science Center was a short visit, but good even still. He had fun trying to follow the butterflies in the butterfly house - so many gorgeous varieties. All in all a great day! I bet he sleeps well tonight!

Thanks Ann, Carolyn (HI!!), Ann, Ella, Devon, Linda, Iorwen, and Barb for visiting Mannie today while I cared for DGS - it is so appreciated. Looks like Mannie has had a slow slidage down from the pinks to a low yellow. He may have surfed there this afternoon - hard to say... At any rate I am glad he is no longer pink. YAY! And thanks to all on yesterday - it was really a great day for him. I was elated to see green. :razz: Even more elated to see him clear the bounce soon - yes! maybe we are headed back to the days when he cleared them in a day. PAWS crossed!
Carolyn - how wonderful to hear from you!! And I thank you - you are too kind... but he is just that: an adventurous but gentle soul. he does love Mannie - it is something to watch. darn amazing for a 14 month old.
Ann - me too on that ~O) an fun but long day! it is on DGS and Mannie - he is so so patient. Incredible.
Ann - looks like he did clear it - at least we are no longer pink! I and so hope you are right! Short bounces!!!! paws crossed!
Ella - Nicholas and I had a good one. The pool has been more successful that I ever could have hoped for. he loves it there. The weather was awful in the afternoon, so the Science Center won out -it was dry and he enjoys the place. Each time we go he is more involved with what they have there.
Devon - he did come down nicely today - for that I am grateful, and once again he gave DGS and I a permission slip to go play. So we did!
Linda - Thanks - he seems to be clearing it nice and slow this time. YAY! for once no diving! paws crossed. and yupp: permission slip granted and happily used. :-D
Iorwen - thanks - i loved yesterday, and today is coming along nicely - a slow descend. I'll take it! and I so agree on pets and children. it is just very cool.
Barb - Oh yes on yesterday - I was glad it went as well as it did: what with Mannie in dive mode and DGS here. We did OK, and I did manage a good nights sleep. YAY! and thanks - the day was great!
