Good Morning!

Last night:
PMPS-241 (pred cycle, appy stim given)
+5.5-309
AMPS-272
(Lots of kibble eaten in this cycle!)

Yesterday:

Latte seems pretty good this a.m. She ate a lot of kibble overnight, compliments of the appy stim. She used to eat 1/3 c every night, overnight, until her appetite started dwindling again a little over a month ago. Now instead of buying a new bag every few weeks, Its taking a couple months. BUt last night she kept up with her old self and ate away. She also ate about 3/4 can of wellness by the time we went to bed. Im quite surprised she is not higher from all of this food. She is about half way done with bfast this morning and an hr left for me to continue encouraging her to eat, before its med time and I zoom out the door to work.

I promised her some play time with the peacock feather this a.m., after we ripped the wrapper she has been obsessed with the past week. We better get on that, so i can get ready for work. :lol:

No coffee and visiting this a.m., but look forward to seeing how everyone's days have gone later on!

Oh- Latte is so relieved that Shadow and Raja are home safe and sound! And she chuckled when I read Gabby's numbers from last night to her - the beautiful welcome home gift to Sienne! :lol:

Morning Carolyn...Raja and Shadow said they would love to see latte tomorow if she wants to come over to help decorate for the big St. patty's Day party....hope you two have a great day today...

kibble gone when I got home, kibble eaten around +11, pred cycle...
all I can say is it will be an ugly night, setting her up for overall high numbers that we will only be able to get out ofby increasing, so she can go to low, so we can decrease and see her high again, and....the viscous circle continues.

I gave her a good chin/ear rub and apologized for all of this.

Her vet who always calls me back had a tech call back to say it would be fine to split the pred dose. I really wanted to TALK to him about it. I had more questions. Her specialist is out for two weeks. If I give it a shot, I will start Thursday pm. when I will have a few days to see if its making a difference.

At least she is well fed today. That eases my mind and helps me relax.

eta: I also called compounding pharm to make sure the compounded pred would have an even amount of medicine in each half when split. They said yes.

So happy to read that Latte's numbers are not as stressful (for you!) as yesterday's! Catch up with you tomorrow. I'm in the city, making use of free wi-fi in the "party room" on the roof of this building! Stu sends greetings!

Fingers crossed that Latte doesn't zoom up.

BTW, Gabby's numbers last night were a wonderful present. However, that +7 was at 2:00 AM. It was a gift with strings attached!!!

And no, I have no new numbers...She gets a bed check and thats all I will be able to handle seeing! ;-)

Actually - if anyone knows how to reach jojo...it takes weeks to get a response in a pm from her (dont think she likes the pm system on the new board). I dont know how she is feeling at the moment, but maybe she could help answer some of my questions if she is well enough.
