Happy Caturday everyone!

I went BTB this morning after giving Kis his shot and breffi. I divided it up into 3 portions and put 2/3 in his autofeeder, so I was able to even sleep through his +2 snack. :mrgreen: I LOVE spring break. I had an excellent night out with the girls while the boys stayed home. DH did an excellent job on K duty and it was truly very wonderful to have a break from worrying about anything for a few hours. One of my best friends is in town for Spring Break (she's also in grad school) so a group of us got together for dinner and a movie. Just what I needed! I did check in a couple of times just to make sure DH was testing and fed dinner on time. (Can't help it... I worry too much about my baby when I am not there to oversee everything is done.) Overbearing mamabean? Maybe :roll:

Kismet LOVED going BTB with me this morning. He has his breffi and that hopped back up into bed and snuggled up against my chest. When I woke up, his back was pressed against my face :lol: I guess he likes the warmth of my breath? Everyone is doing well in our world. DH is making a pot roast for dinner in the crockpot yummmm so the whole house smells amazing, and Kismet gave me a beautiful +3 just now. Should be a good day.

Sending vines to Georgia, Johnny, and their sweet Cleo. Sending vines to Shadow, and Checkers who has an upset tummy. Vines to all others in need, too.

Courtney, I'm glad that you could take some time away to be with old friends. It is so important to be able to do the things you like to do. It sounds like the automat is working out really well.

Hellz yeah! Rock those greens, Kizzy! Glad you're getting some fun with friends. It's hard not to worry when you're away, for sure. Kudos to your DH for stepping up to the plate! Hope the numbers continue on through the night!

Hi Ella, thank you! I think the smaller meal portions are helping him surf longer and keeping his numbers lower. Paws crossed this trend continues.

Hi Josie, I do that too! DH texts me his numbers whenever he tests. He also likes to stay abreast of K's numbers and will text me "what's the score?"

Hi Liz, how neat! Do you both teach at the same place? My DH is also a professor (literature) at the same university. I love working in the same dept., we get to have lunch together all the time which is nice since we barely see each other during the week. Thanks for stopping by our condo!
