Kaia is still running high. I'm hoping changing insulin will help. I'm just frustrated that she can drop so fast and shoot back up, every.. single... day! I was hoping she would start to level out at some point... what if she continues with the new insulin? She seems ok during Nadir

I would not have increased so soon after those greens, not a lot of wiggle room (remember MPM reduction point is 50). Generally, when you see green, you want to hold for at least 5 days/10 cycles. If you want to hold the dose, be sure to keep an eye on her, especially at night.

Like I said in other thread, just experiment with % carb at the +2/+3 snack. She may very well need MC to slow those drops.

Do you test/feed/shoot all within about 15-20 minutes?

Yikes... I was just worried because she was so high for so long..
