Evening all,
George is doing well on the dose, was a bit worried about the cycle in the 90's last night, was pleasantly surprised that he was still green at amps, and even happier when he dropped into the 60's later in the cycle
So so far so good with the supplement.

Busy day today, went early to the garden centre, and been out in the garden planting up, we bought a lemon tree and put it in and the bees were immediately buzzing around visiting all the blossom on the tree, it smells amazing. We weeded between our broad beans, cabbage, broccoli, cauli and lettuces, tomorrow more planting out of some perennials in some borders we have prepared, the garden is slowly taking shape.
DB and his family visited today for afternoon tea, so baked a cake for us for after lunch. Tomorrow we have a busy morning and DH is flying out in the afternoon for business, so will not be around till later in the day.
