Good morning LL!
All 5 p's present this morning. Nice sunny yellow again today. I am going to increase tonight now that he is done bouncing.
I woke up 5 minutes before the alarm with Tarragon snuggled under my arm. He must have climbed under there sometime in the night. I was out like a light and had no idea. As soon as I opened my eyes, he meowed, purred, and gave me a big headbutt. We snuggled and snuggled until the alarm went off. What a sweet way to start my day.
It is starting to rain here but the winds are still so strong it is just pushing it sideways. After quite a few days in the 70's, it is about 40 out there now. They say rain off and on for the next few days and I hope they are right. Now if the winds would just calm down. Can't have it all right?
DH suprised me with tickets to "This Land is Your Land - Woody Guthrie Centennial Celebration" here in Tulsa Saturday. It has John Mellencamp, Arlo Guthrie, Jackson Browne, Old Crow Medicine Show, Rosanne Cash, The Flaming Lips, Hanson, etc. Quite the conglomeration of artists, but the first 4 are some of my absolute favorites. Yay! Woody Guthrie is from Okemah, OK and they always have a big celebration every summer there. We have seen Jackson Browne there a couple of times (in addition to seeing him 6 other times elsewhere). This year would be Woody Guthrie's 100th birthday. I am super excited!
Hope you all have a great day!
