Hi all!
Simba has reached a big milestone - officially 6 months OTJ.
A lime green number to celebrate. He is healthy and happy, has made his way down to 6,4kg nice and slow, doesn't mind the Aerokat asthma inhaler one bit and enjoys his Miamor in jelly meals. I'm still giving him Samylin liver support tablets once a day until he goes in for labs and a dental later this year. He was a bit cheeky today and stole a piece of roast pork off the table while nobody was in the kitchen, but I couldn't help but laugh at the little thief.
Note to self: always put the lid back on the pot. Simba brings me so much joy and I'm lucky to get to spend every day with him.
I think about his journey to remission a lot and I'm immensely grateful for the FDMB. Sending good thoughts to all of the kitties & their caretakers.
