Good Morning, Everyone,
Today is Allerplex Day 1. I served it about 1 hour after breakfast in a little dish: I opened the capsule, poured out the powder (which smells like bouillon cubes), added a little water to make a paste, and offered it to Rusty. He wasn't interested! So I stirred about a teaspoon of Beechnut baby food turkey into it, offered it again, and he ate most of it. So I think we had success. I praised him and told him how much better his lungs were going to feel. We had a nice combing then. I put a little more babyfood into the dregs that were left in the dish and left it out for him to eat if he wanted to. Fingers and paws crossed that the Allerplex will work for him!
Rusty had a good night sleeping with his beans. We got up 15 minutes earlier in our countdown to Daylight Savings Time. He had a good test (back in a better range), shot, breakfast (first sitting eaten), and a good schmooze.
Late last evening I posted a link to a photo of a BOBCAT that has been spotted by numerous people in Indian Lake (where Camp Stu is located). Our friends there have seen the big cat in their yard frequently, but the photo was taken by another resident of the village. Here is the link again for those who might have missed it. This is one beautiful, BIG kitty!
