Yesterday sees to have been a resting, bouncy day for Mannie. We started out well enough with a high blue, but by PMPS we were in the pink zone. I'll give him credit tough, he didn't stay there long. Back to business today Mannie? yes? You on board with that? In think I see a head nod over there..... and - we have blue this morning! Well done big guy! Lubs ya! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D The kitty choir, aka my back up alarm system, aka Elsa, was there for me this morning. What a relief.... :-D The Nanners remain scattered, in a big 6' circle. Mannie seems to be taking his time deciding on a new pattern.... the jury is till out on his final decision. :lol: :lol: And I am still waiting on the whack-a-thons.... alas, I think they are a thing of the past. Masnnie ad Nicholas continue their pet sessions, and I still remain video-less. I shall get better! And as always we had a great test feed shoot this morning: lots of purrs and head rubs from Mannie. Breffis was consumed with gusto - still and always at warp speed, clean plate club status maintained, the auto feeder continues to be used, Elsa still tries to raid his auto feeder (yeah, I know: I really do need to get her one of her own), I still intercept.... Normalcy in MannieLand.

Have a great day everyone! I am back on DGS duty today, for the entire week, so the other DGP's can take vacation. . :cool: :razz: :razz: No clue yet what we will do today.We should have sun, so maybe the pool in the morning, a local beach/park in the afternoon - not too sure yet. I know though that I won't be able to visit condos while he is here - so sorry! I will be thanking of you all. Think Blue, think green kitties!

The maple sugaring has started there, so Rusty says we can go out to see where they are sugaring and maybe one of the trees would let us have a little sap to boil down on the woodstove. How cool is that! The deer family are coming too! SO grab your stuff - time to celebrate the Full moon! Lots of howling to do. I so love howling.... OH! Good Morning guys,

It sounds like the river adventure is all set for today and that the weather will cooperate. Enjoy! That pic. of Nicholas's happy face is priceless! Isn't it neat that he has favorite spots in the places you visit frequently.

Nice blue AMPS Mannie! The menu for the party tonight is fabulous. Rusty can't wait for the party to start. He's out looking for worms. (I know where he can find some: one of our friends has a "worm farm" in her basement--Red Wrigglers. There are thousands of them; she puts them into the compost after the ground thaws).

Yo Mannie. The barn is all set up for the party. I've moved the canoes out of the way so that we'll have a big dance floor. The deer family is in the backyard today and I invited them to the party. Can't wait to see everyone. Moonie is coming early so that we can practice our songs. See ya later. The menu is da bomb!

Blue-tiful start this morning, Mannie! The moon was stunning when I went to get the paper. Wow. Kitties will sure have fun at the party. I suppose the maple syrup with shoot BGs through the roof... :roll:

Hi Michelle, that's a nice blue to start and hope Mannie does good so you and Nicholas can enjoy the day, especially since it's sunny. Good job, elsa, with the kitty choir and now all we need are the whack-a-thons. Beautiful pic of the river and cute, cute pics of DGS. Have a great time today, and Mannie, be good with those numbers.

Mannie, yay for the full moon party at Rusty's barn. I do hope the trees give us enuf sugaring, would be great. I will bring catnip pastries stuffed with crabs appetizers. I'll see ya soon at the curb, Mags

Hi guys .. I'm so happy to see mannie starting out in blue today .. He's sporting this color a lot lately and I think he looks so handsome in it! I hope that you're able to get out with Nicholas today, you can tell from the photos how much he loves exploring .. have a great day!

Sure was a busy day - what with Mannie in dive mode and DGS here.... :shock: We made it work though, and Mannie didn't go too low, so in between the testing etc DGS and I managed to get two excursions in: one to a local park down the street, and later to the Sammamish River once Mannie was in surf mode.It actually was a very nice day for Nicholas - He had fun at both places. YAY!!!

Thanks Ann, Linda, Devon, Ann, Ella, and Liz for visiting Mannie while I cared for DGS - it is very much appreciated. Mannie has one heck of a day - it was so nice to see him green! I just wish he'd do it slowly instead of these ker-plunks and look at me I'm green dives. :lol: He seems to have surfed there for a while when DGS and I were out - YAY! It is good to see a mid-level blue tonight. Phew! and I hope he can make this work. No "B" Mannie, OK?
Hi Ella - we made it work today, just not the plans I had - Mannie had other ideas. :lol: and yes - I love it that he has his pots - and that he remembers them. He knew today where we were too. LOL on the worm hunt - Mannie has been at it all day too - says he needs tons for the menu. :lol: :lol: Cool on your friends worm farm!

Tess - I am so glad you are better - and YUM on the dessert! I gots it on the menu. I hope you felt good enough to make lots... and no worries - we have a place for you all set up where you can rest some.

Mannie, I have a nice spot for Tess to relax next to the deer family. She can share space with the 2 yearlings. It's a nice warm corner, next to the heat monitor. It doesn't look like we'll see the full moon tonight--it's pouring rain. But we'll have a great party anyway. See ya soon,

Hi Marje - It was a good day for him - and amongst all the chaos we still had a good day for all concerned. And yes on Mannie - sometimes I think he just says: "ok - I gave you all those days, now it's my turn! and so he did. Yes, DGS is just that - a very contented and happy child - very few fussy fits... so nice!

Gracie - COOL! I gots the drink on the menu. I LUBS maple, so bring lots, OK? I think it would be so cool if we can take the KTSS to Tess before we go - she would like that. she still made dessert, even when she doesn't feel so well.... and I know..... WAY TOO MANY POKIES! See you ~~ Mannie

Ann- oh yeah.. so agreed! and I am TIRED! sheshhhh - what a day! Nicholas was so good during all those pokies: just at there next to Mannie and petted him while I tested. amazing... and Mannie let him. :shock: yep, no doubt about it today was crazy.... I hope for a nice calm day tomorrow... and a road trip with the little guy! Mannie be willing of course. :? wow - so glad to see that +4. what a relief!
