Another yellow morning! I think he ate just before we got up but since then has had an upset tummy. I gave pepcid but he's still not quite up to snuff....only wants to lick chicken broth. He did eat a few bites but not much. I've already warned him...eat buddy boy or we'll get calories in you with a syringe! I don't wait any more, I'll syringe any meal if he doesn't eat. He doesn't have any weight to drop! Now that we have the RCanin Recovery thanks to Liz/Anne/Zener/Tillie, he WILL gain a bit of weight back. No 'play' but all else is in place. No CPC here.... :roll:

Still backing down the dosing ladder - we're down to 2.75u's from 4.25 with better numbers. Not a LOT better but they're much more stable. He lives in the 200's but, except for a kibble hiccup, we've not seen a 300 in almost a week! Haven't seen a 100 either but that's OK by me, we'll get there! ALL his P's are in place...he and Bebo ran for a bit until Bebo had to stop and cough. Dakota decided to go btb after that....he's still snoozin'.
We ended up having to give LeoBeboKitty his depo shot here at home. He began gasping and open mouth breathing night before last - that happens so suddenly which is why we keep that 'emergency' depo shot here. I HATE having to give it, it's got a HARPOON on the end plus it stings but THIS time, I handled it much easier. Hubby even held him while I did it without having shaking issues afterwards! Leo was funny - he started growling at me when I grabbed his rear leg muscle but I was able to ignore it and give him the shot. He sort of jumped but all the 'hissy' that was about to start stopped! Over before he realized it - treats in his face before he could even look back at me! WOOHOO!
It's rainy and cold-ish, nice day to stay inside curled up in front of the fireplace...if we had one... :roll:
