ok did everyone get their clocks switched? Sending many healing vines to Tess, Skooter, Tiger, Ginger, Crystal, Tricia's gang, Elise's Mom, Amy's Dad.

LBG has been quite active this morning and since the weather is nice, the escape hatch is open so she and Tobes have been making their crazy laps around the house in and out of the door onto the catio and then in through the escape hatch. They crack me up! Of course, I was not laughing last night as I was ready to go to bed and went to find Tobey (because he usually races me to bed and I couldn't find him). I discovered him in the library in the dark with a scorpion cornered....and it's tail was up and ready to strike. I grabbed Tobey and closed him in the mbr where Gracie was but Gracie had come to see what all the commotion was about. RIP little scorpion. So sorry about that.

Well we had a bit more of a PJ party than I actually intended last night because my iPhone was on Mountain time and so when the time switched, so did the clock on my phone. Evidently on the last IOS update, it switched my clock from AZ time to Mountain time and I didn't realize it. I meant to get up at +8 but +8 became +7 and I do remember thinking "wow, that two hours between +6 and +8 flew by". Now I know why. Then the next test was supposed to be at +10 which was now +9 according to my iPhone which obviously controls my life. Thankfully, she was headed up and I wouldn't have tested again anyway. I woke up and it was still kinda dark which is odd because normally at 6:30, it's getting light now. I thought it was just cloudy. I looked at my phone and it said 6:55 and I panicked as shot time is 7 and I couldn't believe I overslept and must have turned the alarm off and gone right back to sleep.:eek: I jumped up and as I was frantically brushing my teeth, saw the clock in the bathroom which read.....6 a.m. :arghh::arghh:And here I thought I was going to escape the agony of the time changing. Of course, I went back to bed for 30 mins:):)

My phone is now on the correct time zone again. And I will know to check it after the next update.

Ok...back to my pre-visitor jobbing out. See you tonight. Have a great day.

I'm glad Tobey didn't get stung by the scorpion. What a mess with your phone changing time on you. At least you figured out what was going on right away. I hope Gracie clears her bounce soon.

I do not like DST!..ok..just wanted to get that out! and it seems it made for a very confusing morning for you too. Eeek!! on the scorpion! Glad no one was stung..whew..

Hi Marje,
I am glad nobody got stung by the scorpion! RIP little scorpy.
And I'm happy to know that both Gracie and Tobey are doing good!
Reading your condo reminded me of that "overslept!??!" panic feeling - Not fun!

You did have an eventful night! Scorpions, alarms and pokes...oh my! I despise DST...even more now that it messes with shot time. As if life isn't confusing enough!!! Glad life settled down a little bit after your btb this morning...even if only for 30 minutes. :)

I'm sorry, Marje, but I have to laugh because I've been jealous of you and Tara and Anne & Liz because you live in the one state that is smart enough NOT to mess with their clocks twice a year, and you got bitten by it anyway!

I know you've lived places that switch before, so you've experienced the aggravation of it all (even without FD it's a pain), but it's still a little entertaining to read about your trying night/morning. Again, sorry! :p

Gracie, were you playing with Cinco in the lagoon yesterday? He said there was quite a crowd. He was too tired to go back after dinner, but I see you made it. I guess you're resting up from all that fun today.

Tobey, scorpions are NOT cat toys, and you need to keep your precious little self far away from them! I'm so glad your mama found it and sent it across the bridge or wherever the little creatures go. I was always terrified of them when I lived in Tucson, but was fortunate enough to never find one in my home (anti-jinx since I've headed to AZ on Wednesday!). I hope you don't see any more of them any time soon!

Yikes on the scorpion-- Brave Tobey!:eek: RIP nice Little Scorpion! Glad you got your phone problem sorted! How irritating that you had to suffer! I envy that you can actually go btb for 30 mins- I can never get back to sleep once my sleep is disturbed  Hope your evening is a little more relaxed tonight! :bighug:

A scorpion?! Oh my! Be careful, kitties!! Sorry that DST got the best of you too! I hope you and Miss Gracie have a nice night, and I hope you get some better sleep.

that's a little too much excitement for the middle of one night! :banghead:

evil little scorpion! i'm glad Tobey didn't get stung - they're awful.
