I am at wit's end at this point. I just got a 248 this is ridiculous

Ok I'm taking advice given and going bk to the 1 unit. I'm no expert, but I see that it seems like she goes higher with a higher dose. Gosh, I was so happy .. I mean the other day she actually was running after my civvie playing! Seriously!!! She hasn't done that in 4 years
