afternoon all, I thought it was about time for an update, been getting sidetracked on the board and not got round to doing a condo, between that and a stack of admin at home that I have been having to deal with involving journeys to and from the town hall, it's been an exhausting week.

BFG is doing well, started him on some new supplements last night and today, to help with arthritis, as well as helping with inflammation associated with arthritis they are supposed to help with other chronic inflammation. I'm happy so far as I was worried BG would go up as the tablets, when they arrived had corn starch listed int he ingredients, I've added them to his amps meal and mixed in fully expecting slightly higher numbers but he's having a cycle in the 60-70's
The reduction is holding quite nicely (anti jinx), hoping he keeps this up.
