I'm going to make a suggestion so that your emotions don't bounce with Frank's numbers. Rather than be disappointed by his bouncing, look at it as confirmation that he has a very healthy liver (albeit, one that is not trained yet) and he has a wonderful, built in mechanism to keep him safe. Gabby has the reputation as a drama queen. If you look at her SS, you'll see she can be pretty bouncy. He'll get through it. It's all part of the process.

Thanks for trying to shift my perspective. My emotions do bounce with his numbers.....it's why I get so stressed. But thanks, it does feel good to think it's true he has a good healthy liver and it's doing what it's meant to.

Thanks Ronnie, Frank is doing what he does best..sleep. he's comfy, resting on a soft chair, fast asleep.

I also hope he comes down soon.. I am letting his ears rest during the bounce...is there any reason I should test in between now?

Nova is a total drama queen too.. bounces like a kangaroo.. but luckily for me she has a pretty predictable pattern when she does it.. takes the same amount of time to clear usually..so now when she bounces I take the opportunity to take a nice long nap to recover from the stress/lack of sleep from whatever low number (almost always happens in the middle of the night with Nova) caused the bounce in the first place :).

It's probably worth getting some tests just so you have more information about how he bounces.. though if the alternative is sleep, I say go sleep :).

PMPS 311-- I might guess he's coming out of his bounce...am I right?
I continued on with 2U. Expecting to stay with 2U through 3 cycles, I won't know what to do after that.

The next three days I go to work. We'll see how that plays into Frank's plans.

I also have plans Wednesday night, so I am giving Frank his shot 15 minutes earlier for a couple days so I am able to shoot before I go out Wednesday. I remember reading 15 minutes is OK....everyone in agreement?

15 min. is OK. We have to start migrating times to accommodate daylight savings time though.

After 6 cycles, we'll figure out where Frank is at for dose. It will all depend on how he does at this dose and a lot can happen between now and then.

Sorry about the bounce, unfortunately, it's part of the sugar dance...
bounces can sometimes last up to 72 hours, so I have to be patient a touch more... we call those 'save-a-strip' cycles.
