I can't seem to wake up today. I think I'm getting a cold. Yuck.

The 45 at +2...should she get a dosecrease with pm dose?

HI Sarah,

Couple of things... and maybe I can help... but I ain't no guru

When you fed HC at +2 that was good and you got a +3 of 79 that's great.... however.... because +2 is so early in the cycle the potential for returning to the 40s is there. The point, I'm trying to make is that perhaps a +4, or +5 (or whatever number) before nadir time would have been nice to make sure there was enough gravy to counteract, and continue to counteract, the incoming insulin. --> look at your SS on March 5th.

IMO.. but wait until you have input from others, because the 45 was early in the cycle, and Magnolia recently had a dental, I would shave the dose tonight. What do you think?

I would reduce to 3.25. Magnolia is going places after her dental! (well, she was going places before her dental too, but she's still on the run).

I know I needed another check. I have been sleeping, coughing, sneezing and wheezing all day. DH fed but didn't test and didn't want to wake me! I'm a bad bean. But such a whiney little baby when I'm sick.

I think she's moving quick like a bunny after the dental. I was thinking to go to 3.25 but wanted more experienced opinions. Thank you!
