Jersey is currently outside - tormenting a bird, squirrel, or civie, I'm sure. The sun is out, temps are supposed to be in the 50s today, and the snow may finally melt off the patio. Hopefully, UPS will also deliver the cat food, litter, calipers, and magnifying glass. They've been "out for delivery" for days now. :?
My question this morning: Are we in yet another bounce from yesterday's 206? We seemed to be doing relatively well the first week on Lantus. Now we can't find the good numbers anymore.
I have changed Jersey's feeding schedule.....again. I was lurking around last night and came across a recommendation to slow the insulin drop at the beginning of the cycle with food. (I'm sure I've only read such a recommendation 100 times on these boards since I joined. Last night, it finally clicked with me.) I'll try to move to a +2 feeding and see if that helps. I was feeding at +3.5. We've also started making the shot time move for DST. Thanks, Sienne, for posting that information!
Thanks to Julie, Kim, and Marje for stopping by yesterday. I'm glad I could bring back fond memories for you all of "back when"!
