Morning kids! Shadow has 4 Ps this morning already. He came into the kitchen as I was pouring my coffee and looked up at me. He does that when he needs a dose of Omega 3 oils. Always amazes me that he asks for it. I don't want to give it to him too often since I think it makes his bowl loose and who needs that all the time, right? But every few days he comes into the kitchen and stands there looking up at me....I give him the oil and he licks it up. He has me trained! Otherwise he is sitting on the dining room table awaiting his ear prick.....
His poops seem to not smell as bad lately....(duh...don't know why I said that but it can be a big problem with him. LOL And well...YOU guys understand that the potty talk describes one of the 5 Ps and contributes to how they are feeling...right?) ;-)
He has had hairballs the past two days and vomited right before breffis. I held my breath afterwards but he did manage to eat both days after the pukies. So he got his shot as usual. I hold me breath cuz sometimes the vomiting leads to inappetence and then we are on a downward spiral (always worried about the Pancreatitis flares) He has been eating pretty well recently and I hope that keeps up. I have been brushing him a lot but still he gets these hairballs....and I am not aware of him preening much at all. Don't understand it. I am happy that they emerge though....guess that's better than the alternative of them causeing a blockage. As long as he eats....that's all I care about....
