3/6 TiTi nadiring in low greens. Probably just the depot.

The depot from the 13 unit dose should be gone, but she technically hasn't earned a reduction. She needs to go below 40 for that. Did you really not test her again after that 46 until +9? She might have gone lower then.

Yes, I did not test her until 2 1/2 hours passed. But I gave her honey, tripled her food allotment, and then ran out to get supplies. I sure hope she didn't go lower, but I was out of everything for everyone, and I'm 24 miles from the nearest store.

She responds immediately to honey and food, so I figured I was safe.
What I suspect happened in that 2 1/2 hours is that she was a flat green. I suspect this because it's her usual pattern when I beef up her food and add honey, after a mid-green BG. If I'd been able to be home, I'd have given her smidgens of food to help her surf, and see if she got into the 30s, but that was not a safe option when I had to leave her alone.

I am hoping for a reducie after 6 cycles. [anti-jinx]

Love the Titi report!:D

Depot is gone, this is 12 units talking. With high dose cats, I am less fussed about holding for an under 40, even if a long term diabetic. Something has changed recently in Titi and I don't like letting the larger depot get ahead of you when that is happening. I would take the reduction.

Rats, too late for PMPS tonight.
How about for tomorrow AMPS. Should I take a .5 or 1 whole unit reduction?

It is strange that TiTi is sailing down now, after sailing upward for so long. She's a very confusing cat. I mean there's a few changes , like:
  1. I reduced the amount of pumpkin
  2. Lessened her food allotment
  3. Decided to go with Cerenea permanently at 6mg every other day
But would this do it?

The above can all impact how much insulin she needs, but if she has acromegaly, then the tumor can also pulse up and down and be a random factor in things too. As for dose size of reduction - let's see how busy she keeps you tonight. That 64 early on is a little worrying. :nailbiting: If she goes low again tonight, I'd lean to the larger reduction.
