Well even with the reduction of insulin from 0++ to 0+ she is still a 56 at the +3 (eating/grazing after the shot.) Going to leave her a slightly higher carb food because I have to leave soon.

Well with the reduction to 0+ I was surprised that her PMPS was only 100. I am thinking that OTJ is right around the corner.

Can anyone tell me the criteria for going OTJ? What numbers do I look for and for how long?
