She really does like to do that late double-dip, doesn't she?

Hope she slides down for you today and that this new dose cracks the code. C'mon Phoebe, you can do it!

She's pretty predictable so far, she gets some response to the insulin each cycle, but she just hasn't gotten to the magic dose yet. Still too early to tell on the 5.5-- as Carla says, the depot has to fill. She'll get there, though, I know it!

That depends. Why are you giving it? Arthritis? P-titis? How much are you giving, and how often? Does it help?
For p-titis, I give her .10 ml gel in her ear it's .15 mg/.1 ml. Every 12 hours. She's sleepy but seems to help. She also snaps and pops when she walks, we give her cosequin for that too. I was just giving her half dose on bupe because it seemed like she went out of it. Just wanna make sure it's normal for daily use long term.

I think this is a good question to ask as a stand-alone thread, either here or in Feline Health. I know there are some issues with discontinuation if bupe has been administered regularly for a while, not sure about consequences of just the long-term use. Would be good to get some opinions on it.
