3/5/18 thread - high bgs, not eating

No amps today, mom to ortho

+10.5 141, 5c bkfst, ate about 2 tsp and drank water from bowl, alert and perky so far (paws crossed for a feel good day fur my boy). Millie already eating off his plate so i won't know how much he's had.

Side note, I got dizzy and collapsed in hall last night helping mom. Hit my head bad. Feeling more steady, but don't know what happened.

Oh, Heidi! That's so scary. You should get checked out, besides for whatever made you collapse in the first place, you could have a concussion and that's nothing to mess around with. Take care of you, please.

Pmps 141, 0.1u, syringe fed 14ml of 12c with b12 to make sure ok to give shot. 2 good things came from first syringe feed: I saw he's not too weak too try to kick my butt; and he didn't hate me after - stayed by me and bathed and let me kiss he's the very best boy!!!!

At +15 he ate about a tsp of 5c and drank water. About hour or so later He ate about tsp of 14c. He ate nothing more rest of day till I spoon fed about 3 tsps 12c before food pick up. He drank water then too. He was perkier today.


Thanks all for care for me and mom. it truly means so much. I tried to upload a cute pic of mom with her new purple cast, but it wouldn't work for some reason. I'm feeling ok. Need some sleep and I think I'll be fine.

+2.5 115, took a couple licks, nibbles of food and returned to closet pillow.
