Well, since the pancreatitis flare-up cleared Munchie's numbers have gone up some. Frustrating and confusing for me to not be able to get daytime numbers this week. I think she got in better numbers during day yesterday based on glucose test, but no way to know what they were...but she did seem to be having bounce in evening in reaction. Hoping she might bounce during day and show me her "better" numbers at night. Will see what tonight brings. Hard for me to figure out how to adjust dose without getting the daytime numbers too. My understanding is if the numbers are getting below 150 but still not flat in blues/greens to fatten the dose, right? I think we're getting closer but I'm aware that her numbers got lower during her panc. flare-up this time. So now that it's over, I want to see if I need to increase a little but feel like I really need some daytime numbers to know for sure.

Sorry about Munchies numbers! Tarragon had the same issue after his pancreatitis and we had to increase. I agree that it is hard to know without the midday tests. She might be going lower than you think and bouncing. Do you have a day off when you can get more daytime tests?

Thanks. I will be getting more daytime tests this weekend...so few more days to go. Was hoping to squeeze another in before then, but don't think that's going to work at this point.
