Decided not to give him the last dose of antibiotic that I was supposed to give this morning. Praying that's actually what was causing the itching.

His sister licked the crap outta that coconut oil on his ears, so now his ears -- aside from the hair loss & slight pinkness of irritation -- look quite clean lol. No sign that I've tested on them.

It's funny how much these cats love that coconut oil! Luci does the same thing - I like to put it on my feet and she comes running so she can have a bit...she does enjoy that little serving of coconut oil!

Nice start this morning for Buzzy! Glad to hear his ears are looking good...I hope the itching was from the antibiotic...I know I can get a rash from many AB's...and I can't take many of them due to that - get the name written down and note the allergy (if the itching stops after ceasing the meds).

I did also pick up some of those fancy feast naturals, but I might return them.
They were 86-cents a 3-oz can and, in retrospect, that's flipping ridiculous lol

Yep...it's kinda pricey. I order it from Amazon - $25 for 30 cans...only brings it down to .83 per can.

bleh. Took so many tries to draw this dose. Fur was wet after, and hopefully that's just from the insulin on the syringe

And, honestly..... I think his ears are feeling better. I've tested a lot today too.
I really think it was the antibiotic. That's really surprising...he must've REALLY gone after his ear after just that first dose 2 weeks ago....
