good morning, all!

this clumsy bean needs a less sensitive laptop...i've messed up his condo 3 times already this morning.

another nice start to his day... :mrgreen:
all p's present for him already.
There was a huge trouncing of Smudge when i let the girls loose at his +2.5, so Annie headed outside and Smudge is back in lockup.
Just not ready to mediate yet.

fed him mc at the +2

put some thought into the am cycle/pm cycle differences...and the only thing i do differently is to give him his entire dose of MB12 at his pmps feeding.
I'm feeling better than I have been, and while it may not have an effect, today will go back to spreading it out thru the two cycles (he's not a fan of it mixed in his foodies)

Hey Celi, Glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better. Not quite sure I understand the context of this sentence, however:

well, he's being Mr. Picky-Pants food-wise today, which is rare for him.
decided he wanted salmon this am, then remembered he doesnt like fishy foods in the morning, and pretty much NEVER salmon flavor.

my third offering was grudgingly accepted :lol:

i guess i could clarify that...it seems to me that the MB12 all at once bumps him up just a little bit...it's the one Sienne suggested, and a lot of people use it, and it's been very good for us, so i think i may be just imagining it. But since I haven't felt well, i decided that if it bumped him a little at night, I was okay with that...having trouble mustering the energy to stay up late at night.

now that i'm feeling better...i'll go back to smaller doses of it throughout both cycles. :-D

I have been giving Moonie MB12 for yrs with little or no rises in bg, which are you using? Xobaline?--Binksy looks awfully good today! Hope the kitties settle their differences today--Have a peaceful Sunday & Hugs from us!! :mrgreen:

He's giving you some beautiful numbers this morning. :-D
I saw Checkers playing with my cell yesterday, I think he was texting Binks about food pickiness.Sorry :-D

That particular brand of methyl b-12 has a little bit of rice flour in it. The Xobaline for cats wasn't available at the time I came across the MB12 and when I recommended it to you. Amazon, as well as other places have the Xobaline for cats. I linked the manufacturer's site since Amazon didn't have all of the product info. (It's a little cheaper on Amazon.)

hey, thanks! i'm not really sure it has that rising effect on him...but happy to try something else for him. i've sure seen improvement in his little wonky leggies...and whether it's MB12, better regulation, massage, exercise, or a combination...I'M THRILLED!!

I don't know how i neglected to mention rocket, comet, willie and willow in my first post...but certainly thinking of them.

and Checkers...pickiness??? NO!!! Binks is a great eater...let's keep it that way! In fact, how bout you pick up his eating habits, young sir??

terribly sorry for all who have suffered a loss, and shocked and saddened at Jen's loss of Tucker...

Looking good, Binks! I hope you get to the bottom of the am/pm discrepency. I had bought some of the regular xobaline for willie right about the time the cat version came out, and I found that it did spike his numbers so we stopped using it. Haven't tried the new version as he improved pretty quickly once we got him on insulin!

I forgot to mention that when i withdrew the needle this morning after his shot, it was bent at a 45 degree angle :shock:

obviously, it didnt affect the insulin he got, but however it happened, looked like it would hurt...
but he didn't flinch a bit.

he got a couple of bites of fried chicken from the Unamommer at his +9, but i didnt pitch a fit as
it's the first day in 7 weeks she's felt up to being out of her house.

Well, Suspect MB12 has been exonerated of "unnecessary evening bumping" charges (get your minds out of the gutter)
...and will probably be filing a slander suit post-haste...
