Not yet, I usually give it in the afternoon after he starts slowing down. Today is day 4 since his last dose so i'm going to give it shortly. That should do the trick as usual (fingers crossed), just frustrating when he gets this finicky and wasteful

Yeesh, we really are having some low appetite issues going around. Hopefully the mirataz will fix Xander right up - I wish it worked as effectively for Gen!

We really do need this! If only we could tell them how good food is and then they could tell us what's wrong back!

I'm sorry Xander is not eating well. Is there something in the air? The recent full moon?
I really hope he cooperates soon and starts eating better. I have 2 very hungry monkeys (always) so unfortunately I don't know what advice I should give but seems you've got some from the other wonderful members.

At his +9 snack he ate pretty well and got up on his own to get it, so I think this is just his usual slow down. Seems like he needs the mirataz every 3-4 days to keep in a good position. It is a tiny dose im giving though, i'll discuss with the vet when we have a check up in the future but if it works it works

That reminds me, I keep seeing these videos online of a dog that has an array of buttons like that and the owner has it trained to press them and say like “treat” or “potty” or “mad”. How cool would that be.

There's a cat on insta who also has these buttons and presses them accordingly depending on his needs. If I ever see it again I'll post it.
