Good Morning, Everyone,

I'm hoping that Rusty will see green again today and not go bouncing back up again. We may have to add another drop this evening (this morning's shot was the 6th cycle on the fattened dose; yesterday we had the first green number in about 2 weeks).

Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans. At one point he woke me up with ear licks. He ate all his nighttime food and this morning we had a good test, shot, first sitting of breakfast, a nap in his little bed by the radiator, and a schmooze. His breathing seems OK.

More snow today. This is good for our snowshoe outing tomorrow. I must get a haircut today!!

Wishing everyone a good day,

Ella & Rusty

Re: 3/5 Rusty AMPS 223

Hi guys .. awww, rusty wanted to give you some kitty kisses last night! I hope that you guys get enough snow to go snowshoeing tomorrow, but not enough to cause any problems .. have a great day guys!

Re: 3/5 Rusty AMPS 223

Good morning Ella. I hope Rusty gives you some nice green numbers again soon also. Maybe the threat of the dose increase will convince him to bring the numbers down.

Glad your getting some more good snowshoeing snow for your outing tomorrow. Have a good time and be safe.

Have a great day. Thank you for your visit yesterday.

Re: 3/5 Rusty AMPS 223

Too cute on the kisses! I'm glad to hear that his breathing is doing better. Go, Rusty! That's not a bad AMPS this morning. It's an almost blue!

Thank you for stopping by our condo last night. The feeding is working, I think. Her #s are starting to reflect it. Instead of working with the insulin amount, I'm working with her food amount to bring down the #s, and her weight by trying to keep her weight stable (somewhere between 10.70-10.90 lbs. now instead of 10.70-10.80 lbs.). As I remove 1 gram of food, I've been noticing her weight come down slowly, which is good. Definitely don't want a sudden weight decrease. She's an experiment that's a WIP (work in progress). We'll see over time if this works or not. All I can do is try.

Morning Ella ~O) ~O) ~O)

Ah Rusty.... what are you doing up on the yellow floor? Did you go to keep Mannie company? Just don't follow him, he went the wrong way. I suspect his GPS is broken again. :?

It is nice to read that his breathing is good today. have you stated the meds yet? I have kinda been out of the loop alot, and remember you had ordered it, but wasn't sure if you started yet. I hope it goes well. Mannie has been getting his meds as a treat, mixed with BF, a little chicken dust, and that is going well. So much better than the manual insertion method... :-D

Haircut day! it is the same here - off I go in a few so I can once again see.

Enjoy the snow fall - very cool on the snowshoe tomorrow. When I was up in the mountains yesterday there were alot of folks snowshoeing - it looks so fun, and relatively easy. I so need to get a pair!!

Have a great day today.

Re: 3/5 Rusty AMPS 223

Morning Ella, nice report on Rusty and his schmoozing and cuddling. Rusty, time to get off that yellow floor and back to your LagoonMeister supervising of the Green Lagoon. Hope the dose threat works today. Have a nice day.

Re: 3/5 Rusty AMPS 223

Come on down, Rusty, you can't leave the lagoon unattended like that! Muffin says she'll keep an eye out until you get back, but I know she really doesn't like doing other people's jobs!  I'm glad his breathing is good today.

Re: 3/5 Rusty AMPS 223

Hi Ella,
I'm so glad Rusty is breathing better. and he's so sweet saying "I love you" during the night. I remember a couple days ago he was reaching out to touch Edward. Such a sweet furry man!!!
Have fun with your snowshoe outing... If you don't get out to get your hair cut... just pull your hat down a smidge further.
take good care and have fun. hugs and scritches from us - mary and ollie

Re: 3/5 Rusty AMPS 223, +5.5 148, +9.5 67, PMPS 108

Hi again,

Rusty avoided another dosecrease and we are hoping that his good numbers will continue to reintroduce themselves. We are proud of him! He and Edward spent the afternoon listening to Wagner while I went to Lake Placid to get my hair cut and do some grocery shopping. The boys had a good combing and a good play with various mice and bell balls.

off to visit some condos,

Ella & Rusty

Sir Rusty! Glad you decided to get off that yellow floor...MUCH nicer numbers down here!!!

Ella - oh I envy you a haircut...I so need one but haven't been able to stop long enough to get one lately. I'm about to take scissors to it myself... :? Enjoy your snowshoeing....

HUGS to all of you!

Nice greens Rusty! I guess he is reading his condo. Glad the boys let you get out for a day to play. Hope the weather is good for your snowshoe tomorrow. Have a great night Ella!!

PS Tarragon likes all of AP, but especially big cat diaries. He will watch tv a lot when we are but makes sweet noises when the big cats are on.

This looks like the Rusty we all know. He's poised to make his entrance into the lagoon again. Good to hear that his breathing is sounding good. I do wonder how much stress is involved with noisy breathing.

I love the kitty kisses - but they definitely do wake you up. There is nothing quite like a morning facial. :-D

Thanks for visiting, everyone. Rusty ate most of his dinner very late tonight (he free feeds), so I think that there is some food influence on the 222.

Have a good night,

Ella & Rusty
