Good morning, LL!
All Ps are in place, including that extra one, "Picky."
Last night's combination for dinner was a success (1.5oz Wellness Chicken and 1oz EVO Turkey&Chicken); this morning I used the same foods, just switched the proportions -- and she's looking at me like "You expect me to eat this?" Oh, yes, Ripley, I am constantly trying to torture you and make your life miserable.

I noticed last night that Ripley's coat is looking better than ever. She's practically flake-less, and her fur is the softest it's ever felt. So her insides are working ok, as well as her outside.
Haha -- I just told her "You're so pretty," and she gave me the half-closed-eyes-"i-know" look, of course with her back turned to her b'fast.

Have a great day, all!
Sending vines and hugs to those who need them.

Re: 3/5 Ripley AMPS 150

Hi Josie. Nice to see Ripley starting her day off with a nice blue number. Maybe she has a trip to the Lagoon planned for later today. One of the first changes we noticed about PurrFace when he went on insulin was that he no longer had the dandruff ie. flaky skin. We're fortunate because PF will eat anything you put in his dish. He's a gold card member of the CPC but our civvies NFC often gives us those looks that Ripley gave you this morning. It's remarkable how quickly these furry little guys figure out how to manipulate their beans.

Have a great day. Thank you for your visit yesterday.

Re: 3/5 Ripley AMPS 150

Hi guys .. such a nice start to the day .. I've always been amazed at what a difference mocha's fur feels like now that she is on wet cat food .. it's like silk! Have a great day guys!

Re: 3/5 Ripley AMPS 150

Morning Josie ~O) ~O) ~O)

I like that additional "P". It applies here too. Sheshhh - he can gobble something up and 30 minutes later bury the dish. Darn picky cats! with Elsa it has always been picky picky picky. Mannie used to be my eat anything anywhere anytime. His bout with P'titis took care of that. oh well... So Ripley - be good and eats up! It will make your bean very happy.

Ripley sure had the great numbers lately. Lots of nice blues, some greens in there for spice. Looking very good. :-D

Enjoy your day today!

Re: 3/5 Ripley AMPS 150

Hi Josie, that's cute and so appropriate with the extra "P" being pickiness! :-D I'm glad that Ripley is okay with the Evo Chicken & Turkey. That is one I would like to try but difficult to find for some reason. Nice blue AMPS today and maybe Green Lagoon later

3/5 Ripley PMPS 206

Hi, Melissa, thank you for checking in. I was a nice start to the day :-D .

Hi, John, our kitties are quick learners, aren't they? And, of course when it comes to Ripley lately, I'm easily manipulated  .

Hi, Devon, it makes sense that if dry food effects their insides, it also effect their coats (hindsight...).

Hi, Michelle, Ripley also used to be my hoover eater, but not so much these days (except when I fed her FF before her kidney issues ~ that stuff has kitty crack in it!). Thank you for visiting today.

Hi, Ann, unfortunately I don't think she's crazy about the Evo. I had a hard time finding it ~ our local natural foods co-op carries it ($$!), and I also found it at a feed store. Must be a 'specialty' food.

Hi, Anne, "lovely" is a great word for the day!

Today so far:
AMPS 150
+9 111
PMPS 206

Not much testing today, but based on the +9 I can probably assume she reached the lagoon.

She ate about half of her dinner (saving the other half for when she gets her sub-q fluids soon ~ keeps her somewhat in one place) then immediately went to her rocking chair and assumed the position of 'I'm not feeling well.' It's been a while (a week or so?) since I've seen this: lying on her side, eyes open, gazing at nothing in particular, and every few seconds clenching her arm (as if uncomfortable/in pain). Kind of checked-out. I was later than usual giving her Pepcid to her (got stuck in traffic). I try to give it to her about 20-30 mins before her meals, but tonight it was about 5-10 mins prior. I wonder if her discomfort is because of that.

I'll see how she feels after fluids and the rest of her dinner.

Re: 3/5 Ripley PMPS 206

Gobby has been a fussy-gussy with his meals today as well. Picky = the 6th P! Hope she comes down a little, but not too far. Have a nice Wednesday :-D
