Yesterday was a day of mostly pink and we shot pink for the 5th morning in a row, so I upped her dose this morning. She's clearing bounces quickly but overall showing way too much pink.

Neko is not happy in those high pinks. Lots of hanging around the solarium basket and only a brief trip on the deck this morning. She sometimes deliberately "misses" the LB onto the hardwood floor when she is high. I went out today and bought one of those black lights at Petsmart so am spending some time making sure all traces are gone from the floor.

I had my first physio session today. There are only a few exercises I can do for another couple of weeks until the bone is healed more, but it was my first big day of driving since the fall. I'm seeing progress. Now if only my baby cat would show some progress I'd be happy.

Good luck with the dosecrease. I hope it helps keep Neko out of the pinks. I hope the pt helps your elbow get better quickly.

Nice slide, Neko! :-D :-D Zener is very proud of you. And, Anne is very proud of you, Wendy. :-D She says to do what the physio tells you to do.

That +8 looks much better on you, Neko. Now, soon it will be time to come back down to the lagoon and stay to surf for a while. The LagoonMeister is waiting for you!

Wendy, that's great news that you are allowed to do some exercises for your elbow. Don't overdo it!!

Nice little surf going on. Neko finally went out for a bit, and now it's drizzling. :lol: But she didn't seem to mind.

@Carla - I'll be happy with less pink. She does bounce a lot, I just don't want it to be the majority of the SS. :roll: I've had success with PT before, so think it'll help this time too.

@Liz - Neko learned to slide from the best and thanks the master Zener. My exercises will only take 1-2 minutes 3 times a day, so should be doable. Last time I went to physio for pelvis work, it was almost an hour work per day. Got it done, but it was a struggle. But it taught me to do what they say.

@Ella - Holding steady at mid blues so I'm hoping for a lagoon visit later. The elbow exercises are simple and I was surprised what the physio could do manipulating my arm that I thought would be painful. In this case it's "pain, no gain". I'll take it easy.

@Melissa - Today at this time looks much better than yesterday. It was great to be able to get out and do some things on my own for once.

I just read a few days ago about kitty spots on hardwood floors. (this old house)
Apparently there is a product called wood bleach that should be used to get the smell out.... I'm going to go look for it.
It will work for most anything except if you have dark dark stains in which case it says to replace the board.

I so prefer these blue surfs to the pink ones. :shock: The one problem with feeding cats on a raw diet, is that they want to "help" you make dinner. Lamb is on their menu tomorrow, but on mine today. Neko was at the ready, If I so much as turned my back, she would have been in the casserole dish. :lol:

@Michelle - She's back to my favorite kind of surfing. Now if only she'd stay there a while..... It's supposed to be sunny on Thursday again. :-D

@Rich - She is looking much better, but hard to say it's the new dose yet. She was getting some OK numbers on the last dose, but not staying there long. We live a good hike from any stores (1/2 hour) so it was indeed nice that the elbow is up so some short drives now.

@Rhiannon - Neko sometimes listens to you on the blues, I hope this is one of those nights. Let me know what you find out about wood bleach. I think one problem here is that there are spots where the varathane has worn out at the parquet joints. It's been a while and probably time for a floor refinishing (along with everything else we have to do. :roll: ).

I found this. There are 3 types.... the most common one ( peroxide based) removes all color from the wood ( not what I want)

Most all the polyurethane has gone from my wood floors too. ( used to have carpet before we bought the house)
I'll be sanding spots, and try the wood bleach too for the stubborn areas..) ( my son's GA cat ruined his closet :roll: )

So much for that dosecrease. :shock: Neko seemed a bit extra hungry at her +3 and intuition was telling me I should test her a bit earlier than I normally would. Good thing.

@Rhiannon - Thanks for the info, I'll do a little surfing to see if there is something I could use. Neko missed the blue vibes and went straight to neon green. :lol:

@Mary - I need patience pants with the dose too. :YMSIGH: Elbows a bit sore after all the chopping for dinner. I just can't do that left handed.

@Liz - My turn for PJ party tonight. :lol: Neko is VERY interested in goings on in the kitchen now.
