+5 86 And a Why to Never Use the Strip You Dropped a Week Ago: I spilled a bottle of strips a week or so ago. They landed on the counter, and I picked them up, no problems...until tonight I found one that had been buried under some stuff. So I think, cool, I'll just use it...and promptly about gave myself a heart attack because the resultant reading was a 32!! Luckily I remembered that the strip was the escapee and retested twice...100 and 86. Whew! I'll grab one more before bed to be sure, but apparently this is why they say to keep the strips snapped closed! Yikes!
