There's the China I know so well!!!.....paddling right out to the shark net, waving and swimming back into safer waters!!

Hopefully I'll be able to get her exercising on a regular basis again and she'll come back down in dose

I've stumbled upon a really good bag of syringes too....all the lines are where they're supposed to be for a change!...of course the next bag will all probably be really wonky
