Well, now I'm wondering if she needs a dosecrease.
Holding at 5.5U for now.

TiTi has lost a lot of her vision, I've recently discovered. She's ok in bright sunshine, and really bright lights at night, so I've adjusted a bunch of nightlights for her to see her way. Need to get a BP reading soon, because high BP can cause a cat to blow their pupils. If she does have high BP, she needs to be on BP meds to protect her heart, arteries, and so on. Dunno if my vet has a BP tool - hope so

Hold the dose. Titi is bouncing plus feeling the effects of the BCS. On the flip side, you don't have to chase numbers today.

Getting the BP tested is a good idea. Apparently high BP can be an acro symptom, though it never was for Neko. So can eye issues. The pituitary is beside the optic chiasm and the tumour, if large enough, can press against it, causing eye issues such as tunnel vision. Neko didn't like bright light, until after SRT, though her tumour was small.

I'm not a high dose expert, so I'll defer to @Wendy&Neko if she disagrees, but I think you should try sticking with this dose for a few cycles. The depot has got to be really confused with all the jumping around you've had to do in doses lately. This could even be a bounce from yesterday.

Wendy posted as I was typing. Glad I wasn't too far off base!

Hold the dose at least six cycles, to build the depot back up. Unless she goes low again of course.
