after his wonderful day and night, why or why after 1 1/2 years is he still bouncing like this - he certainly has spent a lot of time in blue - ugh :banghead::banghead::banghead:

But he is being sweet and, besides not liking being alone so much lately, seems to be ok - I am working on Murphy plans for my safari to Africa coming up in 6 weeks - I'll save that for another post. Could the timing be worse?

My Mom is marginally better in the rehab - Medicare will only allow 28 days of rehab - after a stroke in a 90+ year old? She needs more time. I'm still in denial about having to look for a long term care facility - how do you try to book something 3 weeks out? All of the good ones seems to be full - they say "keep checking back" -

Wow, a safari trip sounds amazing! But I can understand there is stress in preparing all of this with your mom and Murphy.

Oh Murphy, those pinkies are just not necessary buddy. Sure he'll be back down shortly Carol and glad he's feeling pretty good. I'm so very sorry you're having to go through this with your dear mom. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

And I have no doubts in your ability to do so. My Grandfather was at Little Company of Mary in Valparaiso but that was 25 yrs ago. Not even sure if the facility is still there but it had beautiful grounds and he settled in nicely there. It was always very clean and the staff was excellent.
 
Hey Carol, if you haven't all ready, check out @Tara & Ivana SS. Ivana bounced all the way into remission. Some kitties just remain bouncers all the way into regulation.

So sorry you are going through this with your Mom. It is very anxiety producing to be making all these decisions. She is lucky youn are her advocate and have her very best interest at heart. :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
ok Murphy no call for that big of a number... smaller is better dude we promise... continued prayers for you and your mom... for healing, strength and wisdom for the days ahead... you are in a very hard situation and doing the best you can which is all any parent would ask for Carol :bighug::bighug::bighug:
