Yesterday a mostly blue theme. :-D

Kitty wake-up call came early this morning. It's gloriously sunny here, which means light in the morning and we all know breffs must be served as soon as it's light. We go through this every spring as the sun rises earlier. :roll: I was worried Neko was making so much noise because she was low - nope, just hungry after a flat night of blue.

My little blue girl (the alternate LBG) is having a grand time today. As soon as the beans were up the kitties charged out to the solarium. Nothing like lying on fleece in the sunshine with the windows cracked open to let in the smells and sounds of spring. Neko was really purring loudly through that +4. She's surprising me lately as she didn't used to purr through tests but it's happening more often now. :-D

How sweet on all the purrs. The kitties need to learn light outside doesn't mean breakfast.

I think any excuse for breffis is one that Neko will grab onto :lol: . I hope as it gets lighter earlier the beans can still get some sleep :roll: :o

It sounds like the sunshine, spring, and fleece are making Neko very happy today. I'm so glad she is purring for you, I love a purring kitty! I hope you continue to have blues and greens. Have a great Monday, Wendy :razz:

Very nice cycle so far, Neko! The LagoonMeister is happy to see you in the lagoon.

How wonderful to be able to have windows open and smells of spring come wafting in! Especially after a good breakfast.

Looks like Neko turned into LGG (Little Green Girl) today! Lying in the sun on a fleece enjoying spring sounds heavenly....I don't blame her for purring up a storm!

Not a bad cycle for Neko today - I'm always happy when I see green during the day. :-D DH and I were torturing her late this afternoon. I started by baking cheese and chive biscuits (first chive out of the garden this spring) and Neko became a leg magnet as soon as I opened the butter. She can smell butter from quite the distance. Then I broke open the goat cheese. Poor baby. Momma is so mean not sharing. :lol: Then DH started making pita bread - yummy carbs! She was so ready for dinner.

@Carla - Earlier daylight sure messes with the tummy clocks for a few weeks.

@Rachel - It was a good day in cat land. Thanks for pointing her to the greens today. :-D

@Ella - Just a brief stay in the lagoon, but that's OK by me. Weather is finally getting warmer. Yes on rowing tomorrow unless the possible fog forecast makes an appearance.

@Amy - Briefly green and back to basic blue. I love it when Neko is spontaneously purring and happy. :-D :-D

The biscuits sound a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!! No wonder she came in for them. How exciting the sunny weather allowed a lovely day on the solarium.

@Liz, Rich (hugz back!), Marje - Neko decided to let the bean hit the sack to get some ZZZ before rowing tomorrow. Just wish I wasn't getting up early. It's a waste of a good permission slip for sleep. :roll:
 
Neko is a very considerate cat, getting her Mr. Greenie during the day and letting the bean go to bed with confidence in her safety. I hope you get plenty of rest and have a good row in the morning.

Hmmm, lying on fleece in the sun and smelling the spring air. I think I'd purr, too! :lol:
 
I wish Max would now let Mr. Greenie arrive during the day. Can Neko speak to Max, please? I hope you are fast asleep by now.
