I kindly ask you to check the progress of Mitso's ..Should i make any change or I can continou with the same dose..??

When following TR, with nadirs in the 50-80 range, I would hold the dose. If you start to see those nadirs creeping up, then you would increase. If Mitsos gives a number under 50, you will reduce immediately. Also, when Mitsos spends one week in mostly greens, then you would also reduce. Mitsos is looking real good on this dose
