Hello everyone! First post in the Lantus section and looking for guidance. We've gotten a lot of good advice from folks in the main health section of the board. Today we're completely eliminating prescription dry food from Joey's diet and only feeding Friskies Classic Pate. We had been at a 50/50 mix for the last week. We're keeping his Lantus dose the same at 2 units. I'm curious what we might expect to see today. Will do a test about every 2 hours to get a decent curve. I'd expect we might see some bouncing due to a much lower carb diet now. Anyway, any advice is welcome. Thanks!

So far so good I think. Around +6 it looked like he was a little cold but his BG was at 182. Tested again at +7 and it went up so that was good.

Thanks! I think the switch has been good. I'll be able to monitor his next 3 cycles. Hoping that we get a good feel before going back to work on Monday
