Hello LLL!

Billie has been doing much better since she started taking ondansetron. Her appy has improved, and her poos have improved, thank goodness. She will drink the medicine crushed up in tuna water, so it is very easy to give her. I am giving her 2mg twice a day. I started with 1mg and it did help, but 2mg seems to help more.
I have been trying a bunch of different food options, and I learned that while the large Instinct pork cans simply won't do, the small Instinct pork cans are delicious. I definitely understand where Billie is coming from - the pork has a totally different texture and color in the small cans, and it does look far more appetizing.
We still have an appointment on Thursday for a pancreatitis test. I wonder if it is worth doing if she is not symptomatic? I think I remember someone mentioning that the test may not show useful results when there isn't a flare up going on. I guess we'll see how she's doing.
Her weight is up a little! She has been at 9 lbs even for a while, but today she was at 9.4 when I weighed both of us/subtracted my weight. I'm not sure how significant that is, but I like it! My scale has been pretty accurate so far.
I hope everyone is doing well. Sending lots of vines to all the kitties and beans needing vines.
