Wow Katherine, you can run 15 miles! Hats off to you!!!
I didn't run 15 miles at one time, it was divided up into many days over the course of the week. I used to run 5k and 10k races in Central Park before the pandemic, and was supposed to have run the Brooklyn half marathon last May. Hope to do it in 2022. I would go nutty if I didn't have running. :)

Oh wow that is SUPER, even spread out over a week. I've done 3 sprint triathlons but the running still eludes me, I have to walk that part (it's also the last part after swimming and biking). One of my goals for this year (or whenever LOL) is to walk a half-marathon! I love such activities! Nice to hear you do too!

Katherine called it, time for another increase.

I'm almost at 1800 km rowing since first lock down started. Includes indoor machine plus on water. Exercise takes the edge off.

Wow rowing. That is so great and wow, you've gone far!!!!! My sport is triathlons but I haven't been able to exercise much this year. Too many other issues to deal with.

So he went blue and yellow this morning, still increase?

Hey his numbers seem to go high if he eats a lot and stay low if he doesn't eat much. Seems we've gotten over the pancreatitis flareup/Gi issues. His diarrhea is gone and he's not showing signs of nausea. But he doesn't like to eat around shot time. He likes to eat in the middle of the day. My diabetes-cat friend Heather thinks that is problematic. What do you have to say about this?

His current food is Gerber ham baby food; raw pork; pan seared pork; ground beef organs cooked with egg and eggshell calcium. Sometimes beef, raw or cooked. Dehydrated beef bits. He gets tired of these foods.
