yesterday

punkin is his usual happy furry purry self this morning. he had his acupuncture yesterday afternoon (for pain relief from acro & arthritis & diabetes improvement) and the vet added on a second chinese herb to his routine.

so now, instead of just 2 pills in pill pockets, he gets FOUR! this is incredibly exciting at our place. anya can't stand him getting all the "treats" so we give her a tiny ball of pill pocket with nothing in it. throw them on the floor and everyone is happy.

gave him a tiny bit of R to try to knock this high number down a little and cut the bounce off at its knees!

I had acupuncture and a chinese herb yesterday too! I don't get any pill pockets though. :lol: :lol: I hope punkin comes back down a couple of floors. Go R!

I hope Punkin clears his bounce today. The kitties do seem to like pill pockets. I've thought of getting some, but so far Weezer likes the "hidden in cheese" method.

I had acupuncture and a chinese herb yesterday too! I don't get any pill pockets though.

I think Liz deserves a treat too. Do they make chocolate pill pockets? :lol:

Wow punkin, 4 pill pockets! You are a lucky boy. Maybe you should reward your mommabean by coming down from the red floor!

I wish pill pockets worked for us. Bailey is suspicious of them - she knows we are trying to trick her. :roll: She'll eat a lancet but she won't eat a pill pocket!! :lol:

This is the first time I've had to use the pill pockets too. They ROCK!! I give Tess several small pieces then the one w/ the pill in it! She is careful about the first , but by the time she gets to the one w/ the meds it's full steam ahead.

Come on Punkin! Stop messin with mamabean's head! If you don't soon, YOU are the one who will be feeding mamabean HER pill pockets with "happy pills" in them! Of course I really do want to find out where Celi gets hers! Pretty sure they would work great!!

I always say, God bless the creator of pill pockets. They don't work for all my guys, but they work for Mario, who gets one PP divided up for 5 pills twice a day. (Actually it's two pills, but I have to quarter one of them). I don't know what I'd do without PPs. As as bonus, we roll the PP in FortiFlora...according to Mario, YUM!

heehee yes, punkin loves those pill pockets. i accidentally got the dog sized ones last time and i can use 1 pill pocket for all 4 pills, plus that itty bit for anya. it's a winner at our house!

i think the sweet punkin cleared the bounce tonight. i gave him an extra 1/2 can of the yummy turkey & giblets to blunt things.
