Just an update on Oz. We've been getting blue and green nadirs, and even a few blue preshots. The majority of the preshots are still purple. In the last few weeks we've only had one red number! Our vet has us doing 3u in the AM and 2.5u in the PM. I know it's not generally recommended on here, but she wanted us to try it in hopes of getting him less bouncy.
Is it safe to assume the Wedgewood repackaged insulin isn't as effective as the Lantus pens? For those that don't know, we were using 1ml vials of repackaged insulin until 2-7-15. We saw some blue and green numbers on Wedgewood insulin, but it wasn't for very many days in a row. The vials seemed to stop being effective after a few days.
