She's not feeling good. Spit up tiny amount an hour ago. Started to eat, gave insulin then she walked away and doesn't want dinner now. Going to get some cerenia in her (I hope).

She is eating tiny bits about every hour.
Any chance she is constipated? That can cause the numbers to rise, and a little vomit and inappetance. I saw you mention you were trying to get her some lactulose. GI issues are something acros are prone to, so many are on something to help them move. Are you giving Miralax?

Constipated definitely. Miralax up to tsp a day. 1/2 tsp each cycle. Pumpkin wasn't helping anymore. Going to get some mineral oil to see if that will help. She does get it out eventually, I think it should be more often than every 4-5 days. And it's soft formed. No motility anymore.
