Happy appy, snuggly, spunky, feisty, and anti-jinxes. But, she did barf her first round of dinner last night. I totally did not expect that...she was eating well all day, including that round of dinner. So I don't know. She did re-ate right away and hasn't barfed since.
We also ended up taking civvie Petey to the ER at 2:30 this morning. He was totally himself yesterday morning, but last evening he didn't want to eat. He vomited a few more times, had runny poo, and was obviously having abdominal pain and distress. I was way to anxious to wait till this morning for our regular vet. His BW was perfect, and that combined with other things we discussed with the vet, she thinks he most likely has a stomach bug of some sort. He got a cerenia injection and we came home with flagyl - had his first dose of that when we got home. Now we wait. He's been resting ever since...still hasn't eaten.
I do wonder if Trix has a touch of what Petey has, but she is eating and doesn't have runny poo.
I am a nervous wreck - understatement. It has been a while since my stress and anxiety levels were this incredibly high.
