I have to log off now, but your shot schedule is pretty flexable, right?

If you're leaving now, can you take your glucometer and insulin (wrapped in bubble wrap with an ice pack in a cooler) and a syringe to the vet with you, and decide there? Ask the vet too, what she thinks about giving insulin. I know she feels better when her numbers are lower, but you need to be careful if she's not eating realiably. Maybe you would give her a reduced dose.

I wish you the best of luck at the vet and I am glad you are taking her in. I hope the fluids help her. Don't forget if she has any heart problem that it may not be wise to give her too much. Ask the vet about that too, okay? I'm sure all the car rides to the vet have her stressed along with whatever pain she is feeling. Sending wise vet vines. And Hugs.

While we were waiting there Noni had blacked out again and was not moving her eyes her legs stretching, we rushed in, they gave fluids under skin and, Dolorex 10 mg, she was not moving much, we stay there for long time waiting for her to feel better so we can come home, she was ok in the car she ate a little, and once we got home she moved out of the carrier to her fountain, I gave her little food in the back of the spoon and once she ate she was all stretching and falling down on me again. she unable to move now just laying on her side and breathing hard and didn't pee after IV at all. I called the doctor they said she will call me back.

She sent me home with some fluids to put under skin and asked me to give her insulin and gave me some glucose 5% for emergencies.

I don't know whats happening to her , they keep saying all is normal. I'm really worried its time for her insulin but since she's not moving and breathing hard I'm not sure I have to shoot.

Hi Aseel, I'm so sorry to hear Noni is not feeling well and is having labored breathing. Sending tons of healing vines to her, and to you. I hope she starts feeling better ASAP. Have you watched Marje's video on how to administer fluids at home? Paws crossed she has a better day and that the vet calls you back soon. Please keep us posted!

I hope all is normal, like they say, and that she is starting to feel better and better.
What is her BG now? I am at work and my boss is around, so I don't know if I can log back in again.

its 3 hours passing her shot time ~272 , doctor just called saying if I feel that she can swallow glucose I shoot if not hold the insulin but don't let her get too high,

now she not moving, her eyes are wide open and she's only breathing nothing else, she can't move her hands or legs .. she's scaring me, vet will be closing in less than 30 min. and its useless to back cuz they did all what they can do for today.. i think so. she also told me to give fluid even if Noni is unconscious. her temp was 36 so she asked me to keep her warm, so I having her covered and warm in a blanket

Noni please get well for me .. I need you
 
I really think you need an emergency vet. Giving fluids to a cat that has a cardiac condition is dangerous. A cat that is immobile is worrisome. If this were my cat, I'd be camped out at the ER until they can give me answers.
 
Aseel, I wish I could do more than this but it is what I can do: I'm praying hard for Noni's recovery. Know that there are lots of people doing the same here on the FDMB.
 
I second Cathy's comment. Hugs to you from across the miles. What a helpless feeling, especially when you are sooo tired and worried about Noni.

Sneaking in from work to let you know that I am sending prayers for Noni to get better.
 
We don't have ER the vet close at 8 PM, she's still lying unconsciously I'm trying to put some oxygen near her face. breathing mouth open.
I told the vet about the fluid and cardiac , she said if it was in the blood yes, but if it's under the skin it's not, she said that she will never would give it if it was dangerous. I hope she is correct ..

it's been almost 1.30 hr since she started feeling unconscious. I hope she wake up soon
 
Many more vines coming from us as well (((Aseel))) and (((Noni))). It is so scary when our little furrbabies aren't feeling well, and I sure don't know all of Noni's medical history, but I'd be camped at the emergency vet as well. It's worrisome that the vet says all is normal ?!? I'm hoping all will be well and Noni will "wake up" and start feeling better. Many many hugs and vines - we are all thinking about you and sending prayers.
 
Aseel, can you count how many breaths she is taking per minute? And feel her feet - are they warm like usual, or are they cold?

I haven't read back through your previous threads to see what is going on with Noni, but I know some things my vet told me to watch for with Sammy's heart condition. They told me if he is breathing more than 30 times per minute to pay attention, and if it is more than 40 go to the closest vet with an oxygen cage. Also, heart kitties can throw clots that will block off the blood flow to certain areas. Often they go to the legs, so that is why I asked if her feet are warm or cold. The clots can also get stuck in other areas, which would be worse than the legs. Sorry to be scary, but this is a scary disease. There's no way to make it sound nicer.

There is no vet that can see her overnight if necessary?
 
she's passing gasses , her tummy becomes big and her back legs got stiff it's like she want to get something out of her. she also biting the pillow .. her legs goes up and head a side so hard she did that several times now,,, I'm all crying here don't know what to do.. I put the oxygen mask near her face.. so i don't suffocate her ! she's not good at all .. I hope this nigh will be over soon and she gets back to normal

Omg I have not been on the board very much but wanted to offer my prayers for Noni! I am so sorry for what you are going through. Praying hard you guys get through this! hugs!
 
Doctor told me regardless if she's conscious or not I have to give fluid at night., so I just started the fluid ..praying that It will help
 
Hi Aseel, How much fluid are you giving her? Maybe you could give a reduced amount tonight? Please keep us updated. Sending prayers and good vines your way.

Is she conscious yet? Is she responsive to you? When you say her name, does she open her eyes, twitch her tail, her ears... anything?
 
100ml tonight and 100ml tomorrow morning. she had 150ml at the hospital.

her eyes are open since she started this, the doesn't respond to the name, moving her tail a little once or twice. she wakes up every now and then and move her head up or a side strongly.
 
OMG I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

SHES NOT BREATHING I CAN FEEL HER PULSE AND HEART BEAT BUT NO RESPOND WHATSOEVER !!!

NO ER i called they say cant help me
she peed on my bed ! her stomach went down it was big , I did CPR but no respond .. i can feel her heart and pulse
 
Did you check the link I posted? Some clinics are open after hours. What city do you live in? I will see if I can help you find a place while you work on her. Keep doing the CPR to make sure she gets enough oxygen!
