She's eating well so far today. Low carbs until I did the AM shot then I just gave a little gravy with her regular food.

I don't know if your SS is up to date. FWIW, whenever you're shooting low numbers, especially if you're not used to shooting low, it's helpful to get a +1 and +2 so you don't get caught off-guard if numbers drop.
