she got little sleep yea, she eat with me sister, I called the vet and I'm taking her she said for IV it she will need 24 hr, but she will give her fluids under skin and she will give me more so I give it to her at home too.

You are correct that the breathing tube can irritate their throats and they can have a cough and raspy sound. But that does not usually affect breathing itself. Only the way the breath sounds.....like when you have a sore throat.
