When I got up today Neko seemed especially hungry so I knew something was up. Yup, an icky red this morning. She was slow going down last night too. Oh well, upped the dose this morning as per recommendation and we'll see what happens. Paws crossed.

it might take another cycle or so to see her numbers come down. some cats respond immediately, but lantus has a cumulative action and for some cats it takes a little longer. hopefully won't be too long before she's in better numbers.

I was expecting wonky numbers today with the dose increase, but not the high one this morning before the increase.

I just found some pee in the bathtub (missed the LB again) and did a ketone test which was negative. Not sure how old it was though. Might have been older than 1/2 hour.

Evening is looking much better. New dose is starting to kick in.
